TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WHOLESALE ACCESS

A minimum order of $99 is required in order to check out

Payment by bank deposit must be made within 3 days or orders will be cancelled and stock relisted

 All products include GST

We do our best to list stock accurately and in the correct quantities, should any item be out of stock, a replacement item will be used in its place, in some cases you will be contacted first.
Items are shipped REGISTERED POST, with additional insurance costs automatically calculated for orders over $200, this is to be sure your goods are covered for loss in transit or damage, should you not want to pay additional insurance then please email after placing your order, in doing this we accept no responsibility for replacement or refund if lost, except to the value of the first $100 covered by registered post.

We are happy to post items Express Post, but please be aware that it uses a very basic tracking system.  It is the customer’s choice and responsibility to use Express Post, we will not replace or refund lost items sent Express.
All orders are shipped only after receiving full payment; we do not do accounts simply because it slows up the process of purchasing new stock.

If you intend placing an order of $500 or more, then please contact us and we will give you 5% your total order, and $5  store credit for the next time you order.
 We endeavour to look after our customers to the best of our ability and are always happy to discuss purchasing products for you, our business is dependant on your needs and us filling them so please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can help in anyway.

Please note: We are here to support Business, Market people and Resellers, not to provide wholesale to the general public.
Applications for wholesale access will only be denied If we feel that your application is not for serious purchasing.
If you accept the terms and conditions and wish to create an account, please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours to be granted wholesale access.
You will be notified via email as long as all details are correct.
