JP Body Jewellery will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.
When does JP Body Jewellery disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
JP Body Jewellery does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. JP Body Jewellery release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of JP Body Jewellery, our users, or others.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
How does JP Body Jewellery protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.
Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. JP Body Jewellery does not store any credit card information on our servers.
Payment Gateway Info
Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card and Debit Card processing and Card payments are made directly through Direct One’s 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored - this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.
You have a right to know what information we have
You have a right at any time to request that you be told what personal information that we hold about you and to request that this information be destroy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Please note:
Payment must be received and have cleared into our account before goods are posted.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Paypal
- Credit Card (except Amex)
- Bank Deposit (which must clear within 7 days or orders are cancelled.
We do not do accounts for the simple reason it delays us purchasing stock.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars only, and are subject to change without notification, due the rise and fall of the Australian dollar.
Where possible, we will try to restock an item, and maintain the same price only allowing price changes to new products, but only if the difference is not too great depending on the dollar when the purchase is made.
All Prices include GST.
In the event of a pricing error, you will be contacted if it is a sufficient difference from what it should have originally been.
DELIVERY
Once payment has been received and cleared, items will be posted same or next day.
Usually orders placed after midday will be posted the following day before midday as we are not always in the office in the afternoon we are out seeing customers.
This however is not everyday so if urgent please email us and we will endeavour to post ASAP.

POSTAGE & HANDLING
All orders are sent either REGISTERED POST or EXPRESS POST depending on your selection.
Orders over $200 sent Registered Post, will be asked if you would like to pay insurance so the item is covered if lost in transit. Registered Post will cover the first $100 of lost items.
Should you chose to have your items Express Posted, please be aware that although traceable, items can still be lost and not found, as it is a basic tracking system that will tell you it was sent, and it was received, and is not as accurate as Registered Post. If items by Express Post are lost, they are not covered by us for replacement or refund and, you must accept responsibly for this choice of postal service.
We do not recommend Express Post for Larger displays as it increases the price dramatically.
COLOURS
The colours on your screen are affected by your individual settings on your monitor, and the web browser you are using, and we try our best to capture the colour as accurately as possible.
JEWELLERY
We use upstanding suppliers, who not only supply to us, but directly to Australian Retailers and Piercers. We have many Body Jewellery Piercers using our stock without any incident with Quality.
Please Note: It is not uncommon for Jewellery to lose a stone or come apart in transit and will be replaced. Problems with any other pieces please contact us as we will lay complaint with our suppliers if it is manufacturing issue.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, we will not refund Jewellery for hygiene reasons.
However if you wish to show us a manufacturing problem that we deem worthy of seeing for ourselves, we will ask you to return it so we can forward it on to our supplier.
ORDERS
Placing of orders are the responsibility of the customer, we do not take phone orders currently as it is time consuming and can take more than an hour at times, time we need to list stock and see customers, and details and data need to be held on our system to keep track of your incentives. We are however happy to discuss any questions you have about products; the phone number is on front of website.
