Can I pick my order up and where are you located?
Yes! Please make prior arrangements first as we are not always in the office.

Can You Get A Product In If I Request It?
Yes! It may take some time however we will endevour to do our best if the item you seek is in stock at the time of ordering.

I have paid by bank deposit can you send my order if I email you a copy of the receipt?
Unfortunately not, payment must clear first into our account first.

Do prices include GST?
Yes prices are GST inclusive

I have placed and paid for my order when will it be sent?
We will send your order as soon as possible, but the earlier you place it the better.

Why do some items have extra Postage charges?
Some items are bulkier or heavier than the Flat Rate we charge covers, so additional charges are added to ensure postage is accurately covered as well as handling.

I am a piercer and want to no how good the quality of your Jewellery is?
Our Steel Jewellery is already being used by other piercers without incident, and is top quality grade 316L Surgical Steel.

Can you send me a catalogue?
A catalogue is being designed currently which will be of benefit to Piecers only, featuring only Steel Jewellery – It will not feature ALL products for the simple reason, we add new items every day, with a print catalogue it takes around a month to create, print and mail out, by that time some Body Jewellery products would be old and possibly out of stock, therefore the most accurate system is our website.

I have a problem with an item I purchased, what can I do?
Please email us or call us (number above) and we will discuss the issue with you.

What is the minimum order and why?
The minimum order is now $100, the reason being we now have a retail front on our site, and in order to protect your wholesale prices we have set it at $100 to deter Retail customers from applying to have access to these prices.

What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card (except Amex) and Bank Deposit.
Please note: If paying by Bank Deposit you must make payment within 7 days, items will not be held past that without payment.

What do I need to have Wholesale access?
You will need to apply for access, and need to give a quick explanation as to your reasons for applying for Wholesale access, as we are here to service Business People, from Retailers to Market people and are not interested in wholesaling to the general public.
